10. Cream berries

You require

  • A variety of berries
  • Sweet yoghurt

Dice all the berries in a bowl and add chilled yoghurt on it. Drop very little extract on top and 2 spoons of sugar. Mix well.

Chill it for around an hour before you serve. This dish is a great source of natural vitamins.

9. Dark chocolate sorbet

You require:

  • Dark chocolate
  • Sugar
  • Wafers

Melt the dark chocolate in the microwave and add a little sugar. Stir well. Allow the mixture to cool. Add flavoured wafers to it to give it a nice crispy twist.

Freeze the bowl for 2-3 hours before you serve.

8. Strawberry mousse

You require:

  • Sugar
  • Milk
  • Strawberries
  • Vanilla extract

Blend all the items together and stop when you get a thick texture. Put some finely chopped strawberries in the mousse to give it its core flavour.

Garnish it with whipped cream, if required.

7. Banana cream pie smoothie

You require:

  • One cup sweet yoghurt
  • One sliced banana
  • Half cup milk
  • Vanilla extract

Blend everything together until you obtain a fine texture. Chill the smoothie and garnish it with a drop of melted chocolate, if required.

6. Minted watermelon and Lemon ice pops

You require:

  • Half cup water
  • Half cup sugar
  • 2/3 cups of lemon juice
  • 2/3 cup of orange juice
  • A fourth of orange extract

To make the watermelon layer, mix the water and sugar till it boils and till the sugar boils. Let it stand for half an hour. Sieve the water. Let it chill.

  • Grind the watermelon and stir it clear of nay chunks. Add lemon juice to it.
  • Pour the mixture half filled into moulds.
  • To prepare the lemon layer, combine 6 tablespoons of sugar and half a cup of water to bring it to a boil. Let it chill.
  • Add this mixture into the moulds.
  • Freeze the moulds until the liquid tightens.
  • Your dessert is ready.

5. Chocolate Hazelnut Mousse

You require:

  • Sugar
  • Cocoa
  • Cornstarch
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • Hazelnut syrup
  • Dark chocolate of about 3 ounces
  • Vanilla extract
  • Whipped cream
  • Chopped toasted hazelnuts

Combine the sugar, cocoa, cornstarch salt and eggs in a bowl and give a quick whisk.

Heat the milk just before its boiling point and add sugar.

Now pour this milk in a pan and cook for 5 minutes stirring continuously. Add the extract, syrup and the chocolate until it melts. Pour the batter into a bowl and let it cool.

Top it with hazelnuts and cream.

4. Walnut Brownies

You require:

  • One cup sugar
  • Cocoa
  • Sugar of about half a cup
  • Half cup baking powder
  • 2 large eggs
  • Chopped walnuts
  • Vanilla extract

In a pre heated oven at around 350 degrees, combine all the ingredients.

Add the melted chocolate in it and place the batter in a pan to cook it at the same temperature for around 20 minutes. Garnish it with chopped walnuts. Your brownie is ready.

3. Double Chocolate ice cream

You require:

  • Quarter cup sugar
  • Cocoa powder
  • 3 egg yolks
  • Quarter a cup milk
  • Chopped dark chocolate
  • Whipped cream

Mix cocoa and sugar in a pan. Add milk and the egg yolks to it. Stir well.

Place the cream in the microwave to boil it and add chocolate to it thereafter. Add this mixture in the pan.

Stir the mixture in the pan continuously.

After some time, place the pan’s batter in a bowl and freeze it for a couple of hours.

Your dessert is ready.

2. Chocolate Dipped Berries

You require:

  • Strawberries
  • Chocolate

Melt the chocolate in the microwave for 1 minute and then stir. Repeat the process for 3 times.

When the chocolate melts completely and is clear of any chunks, dip in finely chopped strawberries.

This recipe might sound quite boring but it contains large amount of nutritional value.

The dish is a rich source of Vitamin C.

1. Chocolate pudding pie

You require:

  • Quarter a spoon cornstarch
  • Quarter spoon sugar
  • Cocoa
  • Quarter cup milk
  • 2 egg yolks
  • Raspberries
  • Whipped cream topping

To make the crust of the pie, take some 30-35 chocolate wafers and grind them along with chocolate. Freeze the crust.

Mix cornstarch, cocoa, sugar and a pinch of salt and give it a quick whisk. Add milk and the 2 egg yolks. Cook the result over medium heat and stir constantly.

When bubbles start appearing, add around 4-5 ounces of chocolate and continue to stir. Pour it on the crust and freeze it for a good 4-5 hours.

Garnish it with raspberries to serve.
